Basic information

The course aims to introduce participants to the basics of image analysis software. It introduces several tools for processing, visualization and quantitative analysis of 3D/4D microscopy data. The first part of the course focuses on introduction to Imaris software. In the second part, several other software options are introduced.

No prior knowledge of the sofware is required.
