Basic information
The course aims to introduce participants to the basics of image analysis software Imaris. Imaris is a tool for processing, visualization and quantitative analysis of 3D/4D microscopy data.
In the first part of the course, participants will become familiar with the graphical interface of Imaris and the process of importing microscopy images for analysis. The second part of the course provides a walkthrough of the different components and image analysis modalities offered in the software.
The course is led by an Imaris expert from Andor. No prior knowledge of the sofware is required.
