Popularisation workshop with Pavla Hubálková: From storytelling to effective communication of complex scientific topics and concepts

We consider the popularisation and communication of science to be a crucial and, unfortunately, still often overlooked part of science and research. That is why we invited the famous and renowned science journalist and populariser Pavla Hubálková to the IEM CAS, this year’s winner of the Chair’s Award for the Popularisation of Science of the Research, Development, and Innovation Council (open in a new window – only available in Czech).

It is great to have the opportunity to learn from the best! During the two-hour Science Communication workshops, our Czech and foreign scientists learned how to communicate science in a simple and understandable way, from storytelling to effective communication of complex scientific topics and concepts.
