On 27 March 2024, the last legal act of the Johannes Amos Comenius Operational Programme (open in a new window) – Excellent Research call was issued. Twenty-six projects worth 12.2 billion CZK were supported by European funds, which will strengthen the excellence of Czech research over the next five years. The IEM CAS also succeeded with its “Excellence in Regenerative Medicine (EXREGMED)” project, which focused on the regeneration of damaged tissues.
