Toxicologist Michal Vojtíšek presented at the 1st Triangl Science Festival of Three Villas

Three renowned villas joined forces and organised the 1st edition of the Triangle Science Festival on Pelléova Street on Saturday, 14 September 2024. We are proud to be partners of this event together with the PPF Foundation and the Astronomical Institute of the CAS.

Despite the bad weather, visitors enjoyed a rich and exciting programme that included popularisation lectures, literary readings, various exhibitions and much more. IEM CAS was represented by Prof. Michal Vojtíšek from the Department of Toxicology and Molecular Epidemiology, who prepared a lecture on “Nanoparticles in the air: How do we destroy our health by what we cannot see?”

We would like to thank Prof. Vojtíšek for his excellent lecture and especially the event organisers, Vila Lanna, Villa Pellé and Museum of Czech Literature, for their support of science and research.
