Data as a Research Asset

Thursday 5. 2. 2026 | 14:45
The time is approximate; the seminar will start once the previous seminar has finished.
Turquoise Lecture Hall of the IEM CAS (building Lb, 2nd floor)

Lecturer: Arzuv Čaryjeva, PhD | Data Manager | Director’s Secretariat

Annotation: The session will focus on treating research data as a valuable asset rather than a by-product and will provide practical, researcher-oriented guidance on FAIR data, data sharing, repositories, and Data Management Plans. We will look at real examples from everyday research practice and discuss how good data management can increase visibility, reuse, and long-term impact of your work, while also meeting funder and legal requirements. The seminar is designed to be clear, practical, and supportive, with space for questions and discussion.
