Functional changes in central auditory regions in patients with presbycusis and tinnitus

Annotation: Presbycusis and tinnitus are the two most prevalent hearing-related disorders. While both are thought to primarily originate in the inner ear, numerous studies have also highlighted their involvement of central components. The lecture aims to present functional changes within the auditory system and its associated structures related to presbycusis and tinnitus.
